Our lineup includes the Performance Series, offering compact, cost-effective switches with impressive over pressure protection up to 2×, adjustable hysteresis (ranging from 2% to 98%), and programmable features via the PPD05 interface. For more demanding applications, our Hex 27 and Hex 30 A/F switches provide over pressure protection up to 500 bar, easy external adjustment of switching points, and high switching currents up to 1.4 A. Additionally, we offer menu-controlled models with displays that feature two switching outputs, one analog output, and programmable functions like switching delay, zero-point reset, and peak value memory.

The High-Performance Series, designed for mobile hydraulics, offers outstanding ove rpressure protection up to 4×, all-welded stainless steel and titanium construction for superior media compatibility, minimal temperature error, and exceptional long-term stability. Suco 0570 Electronic Pressure Switch/Sensor

Dual output with display

The SUCO 0570 is a menu controlled electonic pressure switch with a built in 4-20mA output and simple to program through the touch keypad. There are two switch points available and either can be programmed to normally open or normally closed along with switching time delay, zero point reset, peak value memory an switch point counter. The current pressure is displayed on the LED display and and both switch points have an active indication light.

Common applications include factory monitoring, air systems, hydraulics and more.

Suco 0500/0501 Electronic Pressure Switch

Factory set

The SUCO 0500/0501 performance series electronic pressure switch offers a small compact electronic switch without compromising on quality which comes factory set (unadjustable by the user) with overpressure protection (up to 2x), has a long service life and is also attractively priced especially at high volumes. Using a ceramic sensor in thick film technology for a good operating temperature range and accuracy, there are six standard pressure ranges starting from 0..2 bar all the way up to 0..100 bar and a hysteresis of 1%-98%, available in normally open or normally closed with a PNP transistor output.

The SUCO 0510/0511 series combines a compact stainless-steel (AISI 303) hex-24 housing with a high-performance ceramic thick-film sensor, offering exceptionally reliable, switchable pressure monitoring. Users can adjust the switching point and hysteresis on-site, covering ranges from just 0–2 bar up to 0–600 bar, with dual output configurations (NO or NC, PNP 500 mA capability), and visual LED status indication for easy diagnostics. They’re designed to withstand over pressure of up to 2× rated pressure and meet IP67 protection.
