Actuation

The ER Premier electric actuator by Valpes is an IP65 rated quarter turn electric actuator, with a PA6.6 housing which achieves UL 94 V0 standards. It has a secured manual override available in torques of 20 Nm, 35 Nm, 60 Nm and 100 Nm. The actuator is built in compliance with CE quality standards.

The Valpes ER Plus electric actuator (covering ER10 ER20 ER35 ER60 and ER100 product codes) is an IP66 rated quarter turn electric actuator, with a PA6.6 housing which achieves UL 94 V0 standards. It has a secured manual override and it is available in torques of 10 Nm, 20 Nm, 35 Nm ,60 Nm and 100 Nm. It is built in accordance with CE-ROHS-REACH standards and with a self regulating anticondensation heater. Available in Failsafe and Modulating/Positioning and 3 Positions.

The VRX is an IP68 rated ATEX certified, quarter turn electric actuator, with aluminium housing and aluminium cover. It has a manual override by an external shaft or hand wheel in torques of 25 Nm, 45 Nm and 75 Nm. The actuator is built in accordance with CE-ROHS-REACH directives. Suitable for various Oil and Gas applications. Available in Failsafe and Modulating/Positioning.

The VS is an IP68 rated Failsafe, quarter turn electric actuator, with aluminium housing and a cover made with polyamide (which meets UL94V0 standards) or aluminium (option). It has a manual override via a hand wheel and is available in torque outputs of 600 Nm and 1000 Nm. The actuator is built in accordance with CE-ROHS-REACH directives. Suitable for various Oil and Gas applications.

The Valpes VT Plus electric actuator is an IP68 rated (5m for 72 Hours) quarter turn electric actuator, with aluminium housing. The unit comes Visual position Indication, a manual override via hand wheel and is available in torques of 600Nm, 1000Nm, 1500Nm and 2400Nm.

 The VT Plus actuator is supplied in accordance with CE-ROHS-REACH Directives.

The Valpes MT electric actuator is an IP68 rated multi turn electric actuator, with aluminium housing. The unit comes Visual position Indication, a manual override via hand wheel and is available in torques from 25nm to 75nm.

The MT actuator is supplied in accordance with CE-ROHS-REACH Directives.
